Meet the Team

As President and CEO, John is chiefly responsible for all operations and outcomes for the company. He is most closely involved with client relationships, strategic growth, project management, and infrastructure design.

Before founding the company in 1998, John managed corporate education and quality assurance for a national distribution company. John launched his career in the United States Army in 1990, where he served for three years including a tour in Operation Desert Storm. During his service to the country, he nurtured his passion for sourcing and outcome management. John led a team that was responsible for the extensive procurement of all the unit’s critical goods and services.

John is a graduate of Indiana University and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis. John also graduated from the executive education programs at UTEP (University of Texas at El Paso) and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

For 10 years, John has coached competitive football and AAU basketball, where his team competes annually for national titles.

John Merriweather

Since joining the company in 2007, Adrienne has leveraged her fervor for client service with close involvement with client relationships and project management. Additionally, she has responsibilities that include product research, strategic sourcing, accounting, and office management.

Adrienne’s passion extends beyond business. She is passionately involved with community activities that include Elder Care, tutoring, youth education, and various social causes.

Experienced in international supply chain management, Ralph has extensive knowledge of vendor relationship management, client services, and negotiations.

Before joining the GO Team, Ralph managed a large business and sales division in Switzerland. He was responsible for multi- million dollar accounts that serviced the global marketplace.

Ralph is a graduate of Switzerland University with an emphasis on business. He also enjoys his many volunteer activities which include being a key member of the International Support Group in Indianapolis.

Gaurav has the responsibility of tactical sourcing and vendor network relations. He is also involved in research, vendor network management, and relationship development. He is a key member of the GO team and is closely involved with all general sourcing activities.

Having had the opportunity to stay in several different countries around the world, he brings a vital component of International exposure to the organization. In his college career, he pursued several internships with organizations in different industries including Petrochemicals and Financial Services. He looks at opportunities both regionally and globally to help add value to clients.

Gaurav has participated in the activities of several community based organizations in the past including United Way and Relay for Life.

Chinue has worked in management for several leading biomedical and technology firms including GE, Healthcare and Abbott Laboratories.

Manisha Gupta has experience formulating an Inventory Management System for spare parts, which resulted in significant cost savings (nearly 35%). Gupta has strong analytical skills, experience leading management teams and is pivotal part of the GO ResourceLink strategy.

Djibril Sidibe has extensive experience in sourcing, procurement and distribution of various products from the United States to Africa. He is bilingual in French and English, and is thus able to conduct negotiations with a variety of regional and International suppliers.

Steve Hasselbusch has had significant experience in price negotiations with manufacturing vendors both inside and outside the United States. In his previous management roles, Hasselbusch has been responsible for tasks including contracting grounds and maintenance services, purchasing printing services for sales and marketing projects and sourcing MRO items.
